Meet Mandy, our beautiful 1-year-old black Labrador Retriever.

At 58 pounds, Mandy is everything we love about young Labs—friendly, happy, and affectionate. She may be a little shy when first meeting someone new, but give her just a few moments and she’s ready to be your best friend! Mandy gets along great with other dogs, is gentle with children, and has that irresistible Lab personality that makes everyone fall in love. She’s eager to please, quick to learn, and ready to become someone’s loyal companion.

But Mandy’s story almost had a heartbreaking ending. She found herself at a local high-kill shelter, where she was scheduled to be euthanized simply because there wasn’t enough space. Thankfully, Argos Rescue stepped in, giving this deserving girl the second chance she almost didn’t get. Now Mandy’s future is filled with possibility!
