Frank is a 1-year-old yellow Labrador Retriever with a tail that never stops wagging! Rescued from a high-kill shelter in eastern NM, this playful boy loves toys, belly rubs, and making new friends—both human and canine.

Frank has great house manners and is ready for a home where he’ll get plenty of attention. He prefers not to be left alone for long stretches—he’s happiest when he’s with his people.
