Meet Bud!

This handsome 8-month-old, 12-pound Poodle is ready to leave his rough start behind and begin a new life. Bud was rescued from the East Mountains along with his little family where they had been living outside alone for far too long. When he was found, he was frightened, severely matted, and hungry—but today, he’s safe, and learning what it means to be cared for.

Bud wants attention and love—he’s a cuddler at heart—but is still getting used to humans. With a gentle approach and a little patience, this sweet boy is going to become someone’s devoted companion. He would do best in a home with another confident dog to help him continue building his trust and confidence.
