Valentino is an Italian name meaning brave, strong…and the perfect name for our lab/mastiff mix.  Valentino at just a year old spent over 2 months trapped in a small kennel at a high kill shelter.  He never let his dire situation affect him .. always brave .. always strong .. and always eagerly greeting anyone that even gave him a glance as they passed his kennel.  Valentino is over 100 pounds and, combined with his puppy-like demeanor, he can seem like a lot of dog at first meeting.  But spend a few minutes with this guy and you’ll find a perfect companion as Valentino is super friendly and adores people.  He wants to please, is very smart, playful, and loves a walk.
