Thanks to a good samaritan who found him tied to a tree, abandoned by his owner, Surf is now happy to be an Argos dog. How long Surf had been tied to that tree and what his life was like is anyone’s guess as he is very emaciated. We’re going to make sure he’s never hungry again and only knows feeling loved and secure.

Surf, a 1-1/2 year old lab mix, is very social and loves people and other dogs. He wants to please, listens well, and will do most anything for a treat or even just a pet.
