This handsome 2 year old 16 pound Chihuahua is Scotch. He seems to be a bit shy at first meeting, but get out a camera and he’s ready to strike a pose followed by a round of zoomies around the yard (see video in comments). Scotch loves other dogs and is good with people once he gets comfortable with them which doesn’t take long. He’s playful and happy.
