Our special girl Nicki came to Argos Rescue after being dumped at a home in rural New Mexico.

Nicki is a small 2-3 year old husky or as we like to call her, our “Mini Wolf”. She’s beautiful, calm, and a complete cuddle bug. Nicki is petite and weighs only 42 pounds.

Having survived distemper as a puppy, Nicki is a miracle dog. She has some involuntary neurological lasting tics and shakes that will more than likely remain with her for the rest of her life.

These neurological tics aren’t painful for her and Nicki can live a “normal” life. She runs, plays, LOVES toys, eats, walks on a leash, and is a happy soul.

Nicki likes other dogs and is great with people.
