Our 1 year old retriever mix Jewel is a happy, friendly girl who loves attention. She came to us from a small NM community where she was being cared for by an elderly citizen who realized Jewel was homeless. Jewel subsequently came into Argos Rescue and has spent foster time in a home with another dog who she adored and a small child.

Jewel is a medium size dog, enjoys a walk and is good on a leash after her initial excitement. She has good house manners and is always eager to please. She will do well in any home environment.
