While left in a high kill shelter with little to look forward to, Huey never let it get him down. When we first saw Huey his attitude was “pick me, pick me .. you won’t be sorry”; so that is just what we did. Huey is a 9 month old Aussie shepherd who loves to take walks and play ball. He gets along well with other dogs and his foster mom tells us he is super affectionate and very smart.
Update from his foster dad: Huey is a very energetic and smart dog. He knows basic commands and is house and crate trained. His new fun thing is to play in the sprinklers. He’s good around other dogs and people and loves to go on long walks.
