Eddy joined the Argos family after spending time on death row at a high kill shelter. Eddy is a 3 year old 76-pound lab/boxer mix, friendly with people, loves kids, enjoys all types of dog activities (fetch, walking, running, lizard hunting, etc.), good in the house, and is going to make someone a great best friend. After getting to know Eddy we believe he would make a good therapy dog as he has a gentle demeanor to him. When offered a treat he is eager to sit and take it gently from your hand. We will be looking for a home where Eddy can be the only dog as his days on the streets taught him that food can sometimes be scarce and he doesn’t know how to share with another dog.
