One-year old Bohdi, our 50 pound schaunzer mix, is all ready to explore the world with his new person or family. When he came into the rescue Bohdi was apprehensive when confronted with loud noises or sudden movements, and while he has gained confidence in his foster home, his new owner will need to continue encouraging him. Bohdi is good in the house and is a graduate of one of the state’s prison program canine training programs for rescue dogs; he’s happy to show off all he knows. We are looking for a home where Bohdi will have a person who is with him a lot, possibly sharing his home with another dog that is his size or larger, and no small children.
