Update: Sage enjoyed her first bath Friday morning at Long Leash On Life. Then the owners of the shop packed up and donated a cart full of supplements, healthy food, toys, and nutritious treats for her and her foster mom to take home with her.

Sage is still quite thin. It takes time for dogs like Sage to put weight back on and regain their energy.

Sage does well with other dogs and loves people. She’ll hop up and sit in your lap if you let her.( We let her.) She loves all the attention she’s getting these days.

So far Sage has not used her voice. It’s possible that at some point she’ll figure out that she has a bark💕🐾🐾
