Lulu is our sweet 5-pound 2-year old white chihuahua.  She loves attention, enjoys being a lapdog, and occasionally will let out a small bark in greeting.  Lulu gets along with other small dogs, as her foster mom doesn’t have large dogs or cats we don’t know how she would like them.  She loves food and snacks.
