Meet the happiest pup in the whole world .. or maybe one of the happiest. Our Tonks has a constant doggy smile on her face and her whole body wiggles with enthusiasm. She’s a 1-1/2 year old Pomeranian mix, enjoys people and other dogs, loves exploring the outdoors, and enjoys having her own stash of toys.
