Toby is a 6-year-old, 15-pound Chihuahua found as a stray. Toby has never met a stranger—he absolutely loves people and is happiest when he’s by your side soaking up attention.

He’s also good with other dogs and would fit in well with a canine companion or be perfectly content as your one-and-only best friend. At 6 years old, Toby is past the puppy stage but still has plenty of love, tail wags, and happy moments to share.

After everything he’s been through, Toby is ready to leave his days of wandering behind and find a forever family who will cherish him.
