Meet Virgil & Wyatt – Bonded Best Friends

Virgil and Wyatt are 2½-year-old coonhounds who may or may not be siblings, but one thing is certain—they are a deeply bonded pair and happiest when they’re together. Because of that special connection, Argos is committed to helping them find a forever home where they can stay side by side.

These sweet pups came to Argos after being surrendered to an already over-capacity, high-kill shelter. The reason given was simply “too many dogs.” Thankfully, shelter staff saw the potential in Virgil and Wyatt and reached out to Argos to give them the second chance they deserved.

True to their coonhound nature, Virgil and Wyatt are easy-going, gentle, and trusting. They get along well with other dogs and truly enjoy human companionship. Whether they’re hanging out in the yard, going for a walk, or soaking up affection, these boys are happiest just being together and sharing life with their people.
