Buddha is a 3½-year-old mini Golden Retriever weighing just 40 pounds with a beautiful rich dark golden coat. Typical of the breed, Buddha has the sweetest, most gentle personality.

Buddha came to Argos as an owner surrender with a history of seizures. Thanks to our amazing veterinary team, her medication protocol is now well-established — and she hasn’t had a seizure in over six months! Her seizures are well-managed, but she will need to continue this medication for the rest of her life to stay healthy and happy.

Friendly and social, Buddha loves people of all ages and gets along great with other dogs. She’s smart, eager to please, and would be happiest in a home where she has another canine companion to share her days with.
