Meet Cottontail, a 3-year-old 15 pound Poodle who, along with her family, was recently rescued from the East Mountains where they had been surviving outside alone for an extended period.

Since coming into rescue, Cottontail has begun to show her true personality. She’s incredibly sweet and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. While still shy due to her past, she is quickly learning to trust humans now that she’s receiving the love, care, and attention she deserves.

Cottontail would thrive in a calm, patient home—especially one with another confident dog to show her the ropes and help her continue building trust.
