Meet our 4 year old Papillon mix Osbourne. This handsome boy is very shy at first meeting and we believe he might not have had an ideal life before his rescue. He’ll need someone who is willing to give him lots of positive reinforcement and love. We’ve found that given a little time he is more than happy to sit on your lap for pets and at 15 pounds he’s the perfect size. He gets along with other dogs and loves being on a leash in familiar surroundings.  Osbourne would do best in a home without children.
